Lavender Simple Syrup
Great for coffees, lattes, matcha, mocktails, and cocktails! This is straight lavender syrup but you can try various combos: lavender blueberry syrup, lavender rosemary syrup, lavender vanilla syrup. You could also add butterfly pea powder for more color

- 1 cup organic cane sugar
- 1 cup water
- 3 tbsp lavender culinary grade, sold in the seasoning/spice aisle
- 1 lemon slice
Combine all ingredients in a saucepan on medium to medium high heat. Stir and bring to a simmer. Once simmering, turn off the heat.
Add a lid to the pot and allow it to cool and steep off heat for 20 mins.
Strain out the lavender and lemon slice. Allow to fully cool before bottling.
This should keep in the fridge for ~3 weeks. Enjoy!
