Boil pasta according to package instructions.
Warm oil in a pan over medium. Sautee the minced garlic for 1-2 minutes, stirring frequently so it won't burn. Pour both the warm oil and garlic into a blender. Set the pan aside; we will use the same pan again in a minute.
Also add the silken tofu, nutritional yeast, mustard, lemon juice, salt, and pepper in the blender. Blend until smooth and consistent.
Transfer the sauce mixture to a warm pan and heat through until bubbling/simmering. Give it a taste and add a little more salt if needed.
Add the cooked pasta to the sauce, stir, and top with anything desired (i.e. basil, dried or fresh parsley, cherry tomato, baked tofu). Enjoy!
